If your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, including legal fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
